Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return Contact us at welcome@loomistore.com to initiate a return. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at welcome@loomistore.com.
